Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra

Our concerts feature the very best in classical and pops music performed by an accomplished ensemble of fifty local and regional musicians.

We are excited to welcome some new talented young people and experienced players to our orchestra. The concerts are entertaining and suitable for all ages.

We welcome back Maestro Carl Daehler who begins his 12th year as musical director of the orchestra.

Our outstanding musicians, many of whom are your neighbors, friends, and teachers, are joined by accomplished soloists and guest performers from the tri-state area.

The PSO Board continues to work hard to bring to Southern Ohio a performing organization worthy of being called a symphony orchestra. Along with the added talents of the Portsmouth Symphony Chorale, we strive to present family-friendly concerts at an affordable ticket price.
